Build. Log. Repeat.
A minimalist workout tracker for iPhone and iPad, designed for lifters who value simplicity. 3,700+ exercises, one-tap logging, and progress tracking — nothing more, nothing less.
Download on App StoreSpeed during a workout is everything. Weights carry over from your last session automatically — no fiddling with numbers between sets.
Most apps make you bring your own programming knowledge. LiftSheet builds complete programs for you — 8 splits, 8 goals, 60 training personas, with exercises matched to your equipment.
Filter across 15 muscle groups by equipment, body posture, apparatus, and movement pattern. Create your own custom exercises too — with built-in validation that stops impossible combinations like a Chest exercise tagged as Pull.
Away from the gym? Auto-swap your exercises to bodyweight or band alternatives in one tap. No separate routines needed.
Automatic descending warm-up percentages based on your working sets. Tracked separately — never counted towards PRs or volume.
Per-exercise charts, estimated 1RM using the Epley formula, volume trends, and automatic PR detection. See what's actually improving.
No ads, no account, no cloud. Everything stays on your device. No paywalls on core features. No data collection, ever.
Templates, client management, and branded exports — features that professional coaching platforms charge $50+/month for.
A minimalist iOS workout tracker built around the way you actually train — no accounts, no ads, no cloud.
Build and customise your own workout programs tailored to your goals, split, and equipment.
A full library spanning 15 muscle groups with alternatives, tags, body-posture and apparatus metadata, and step-by-step form guides on every entry. Create your own custom exercises too.
Log sets, reps, and weight with a single tap. Speed and simplicity combined.
Built-in rest timer with configurable alerts to keep your sessions consistent and on pace.
Automatically tracks your personal records and progress over time, with charts and history.
Add warm-up sets with auto-calculated weight percentages. Warm-ups are tracked separately and never count towards your PRs or volume totals.
Tell LiftSheet what gear and apparatus you have across free weights, strength machines, functional training, and calisthenics & bands — it only suggests exercises you can actually perform. Edit your equipment inline from any picker without leaving the screen.
Heading out of town? Switch to a bodyweight or lighter alternative program in one tap — no gym required, and your main program stays exactly where you left it.
Export workouts, programs, or full history as clean, printable PDFs for your records or a coach.
Post finished workouts, PRs, progress, and full programs as polished share cards in five formats — portrait, story, square, landscape, and custom — straight from LiftSheet to any app.
Flip on "Hide numbers" to share the vibe without the weights, or use the master switch in Settings to hide every share button app-wide.
Optimised for both — split-view layouts on iPad give you more room to plan and review, while iPhone keeps things pocket-sized at the rack.
Tap the swap icon on any exercise card to open the Alternatives panel — same muscle group, alternate equipment, plus bodyweight and resistance-band fallbacks. Pick whether the swap applies to today only or permanently rewrites your program, all from one sheet.
Run the same exercise across multiple programs? Finish a workout and LiftSheet offers to apply your latest weights to every other program slot in one tap. Per-exercise opt-outs stick, so deliberate variations stay untouched.
Optional local notification the evening before each scheduled training day, so tomorrow's session never sneaks up on you. Same-day reminders are still available — both are opt-in from Settings.
Beat your all-time best for an exercise mid-workout and a celebration banner appears at the top of the screen — no need to wait for the post-workout summary to know you crushed it.
Life happens. Save a workout mid-session and pick up exactly where you left off later — no lost sets.
Share in five formats — portrait, story (9:16), square, landscape, and custom — so your cards look perfect on any platform.
Only got 30 minutes? Set a time budget before starting and LiftSheet prioritises your exercises so you hit the most important lifts first.
Bump weights after completing all sets with configurable increments. Post-workout review sheet lets you lock in increases for next session.
Deload week? Drop every exercise to a percentage of your working weight in one tap — no manual editing required.
Automatic backups after every completed workout, with manual backup and restore. Your training history is always safe.
No account, no sign-up, no tracking. Every workout, program, and note stays on your device.
Every big milestone deserves a share-worthy card. LiftSheet renders polished graphics in five formats — portrait, story (9:16), square, landscape, and custom — on-device, in a fraction of a second, no filters or feeds required.
Finish a session and LiftSheet generates a card with every exercise you hit, set count, total volume, and duration — ready to share the moment you rack the last plate.
Beat a personal record and a dedicated card pops up with your new weight, reps, and the previous best it just crushed.
Share a full program at a glance — every training day, every exercise, laid out so followers can read your split without installing anything.
After four sessions LiftSheet unlocks a progress card summarising streaks, volume trends, and the lifts you're moving fastest on.
Any session in your history can be re-shared. Revisit an old workout and post it with a single tap.
Portrait, story (9:16), square, landscape, and custom — pick the format that fits your platform. Instagram integration hands it straight to the IG composer.

LiftSheet is a free iOS workout tracker with a 3,700+ exercise library, custom program builder, rest timer, PR tracking, and shareable workout cards. The free tier supports up to 5 programs with no ads, no account, and no data collection. All data stays on your device.
Yes. LiftSheet works entirely offline with no account required. There are no servers, no cloud sync, and no analytics. Every byte of data stays on your iPhone, protected by iOS's built-in encryption. You can export programs as .liftsheet files or PDFs to share or back up.
Yes. LiftSheet's program builder lets you create fully custom programs across eight split types (Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Full Body, One Muscle Per Day, Body Part Focus, Arnold Split, the Upper/Lower/PPL hybrid, and Custom), choose from 3,700+ exercises filtered by muscle group and equipment, set target reps, sets, and rest timers per exercise, and schedule training days. You can also auto-populate exercises based on your equipment and goals.
Yes. LiftSheet generates polished share cards in five formats (portrait, story, square, landscape, and custom) for finished workouts, new PRs, full program previews, progress snapshots, and any session from your history. Tap Share and send directly to Instagram Stories, Messages, email, AirDrop, or any iOS share target. You can also toggle "Hide Numbers" to share without revealing your weights and reps.
LiftSheet automatically detects and tracks personal records across every exercise. When you hit a new PR during a workout, it's highlighted immediately and you can share it as a polished image card. Your PR history is stored locally on your device with zero cloud dependency.
Yes. LiftSheet includes a full library of bodyweight exercises and you can build programs using only bodyweight, resistance bands, or minimal equipment. The program builder filters exercises based on your available equipment, so home and park workouts are fully supported.
The Free tier includes up to 5 programs, the full 3,700+ exercise library, session logging, rest timer, PR tracking, and shareable workout cards — no ads, no account, forever. New installs get a 30-day trial with full Pro access. Pro is available monthly, annually, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase — all three unlock unlimited programs and import/export. The Trainer tier is available as Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime that adds branded exports, client program management, templates, and private notes.
LiftSheet collects zero analytics, has no servers, no accounts, and never uploads your data. Everything is stored on-device and covered by iOS's built-in protections. There are no ads and no third-party tracking SDKs. Your workout data is yours alone.
LiftSheet supports eight split types: Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Full Body, One Muscle Per Day, Body Part Focus, Arnold Split, the five-day Upper/Lower/PPL hybrid, and fully custom. The program builder adjusts the split based on your training frequency — for example, PPL needs at least 3 days and the ULPPL hybrid is built for 5 days. You can also set custom weekly or rotating schedules.
Tap a program from your home screen, pick the day's workout, and start logging. LiftSheet walks you through each set with one-tap entry for reps, weight, and notes. The rest timer kicks in automatically between sets.
Yes. LiftSheet supports two optional local reminders — a same-day reminder fires before your scheduled session, and a plan-ahead reminder fires the evening before each training day so tomorrow's workout never sneaks up on you. Both are opt-in from Settings → Notifications and run locally on your device — no servers.
Yes. When you finish a workout, LiftSheet checks every other program for slots using the same exercises and offers to propagate your just-finished weights to all of them in one tap. Per-exercise opt-outs stick — if you deliberately run different weights in different programs, switch the prompt off for that exercise and it won't ask again.
Yes. Tap the swap icon on any exercise card during an active workout to open the Alternatives panel — same muscle group, alternate equipment, plus bodyweight and resistance-band fallbacks. Pick whether the swap applies to today only or permanently rewrites your program, all from one sheet.
No. Every byte of your data lives on the device it was logged on — we never upload it to a server. If you want to move a program between devices, export it as a .liftsheet file and open it on the other device. Your device's iCloud backup (if enabled in iOS Settings) will also preserve your data.
Travelling Mode lets you switch your active program to a bodyweight, hotel-gym, or lighter alternative program for the week — without losing your place in your main program. When you're home, switch back with one tap and pick up exactly where you left off.
Pro and Lifetime users can export in three formats. Go to a program and tap Share: choose PDF for a printable workout sheet, .liftsheet to share the program with another LiftSheet user, or CSV for your own analysis. Exports are generated on-device instantly.
Five things, each rendered as a polished card in your choice of five formats (portrait, story, square, landscape, or custom): a finished workout (with every exercise, set count, volume, and duration), a new personal record, a full program preview, a progress snapshot (after four sessions), and any session in your history. Tap Share on any of them and pick your destination — Instagram Stories, Messages, email, AirDrop, or any other iOS share target. Cards are rasterized on-device in a fraction of a second — nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Yes. Every share sheet has a "Hide numbers" toggle that blanks weights, reps, and volume on the card so you can celebrate a session without broadcasting the details. You can set it as your default in Settings, and flip the master Sharing switch off any time to hide every share button across the app — no share prompts anywhere until you turn it back on.
On a new device, go to Settings > Restore Purchases and sign in with the Apple ID you originally purchased with. Your Pro, Pro Lifetime, or Trainer tier entitlement is restored immediately. You can restore as often as you need, at no cost.
Manage or cancel through your Apple ID: iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > LiftSheet > Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Pro Lifetime and Trainer Lifetime are one-time purchases with nothing to cancel.
Open the Trainer Library and tap New Template. Build it exactly like a normal program — days, exercises, sets, reps, rest timers. Save it once and reuse it for any number of clients. Editing a template never touches the client programs you've already created from it.
From the Trainer Library, tap a template and choose "Use for Client." Enter the client's name (or pick from your existing clients) and LiftSheet deep-copies the entire template into a fresh program stamped with that client's name. Edits to the client's copy won't affect the template.
Open the program and tap Share. Send the .liftsheet file through any channel — email, AirDrop, Messages, WhatsApp. Your client opens it in LiftSheet (Free tier works) and it lands in their Programs list, ready to train. You can also send a branded PDF if they'd prefer a printable sheet.
Yes. Trainer notes and client names live on your device only and are stripped from every export — the PDF, the .liftsheet file, everything your client receives. Your client never sees anything you don't explicitly put in the workout itself.
With the Trainer tier (available as Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime), PDF exports include your name, business name, tagline, and your uploaded logo on the cover and header of every page. Set it up once in Trainer Settings and every program export carries your branding. Great for handing off polished plans to new clients.
With the Trainer tier (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime — includes everything in Pro), every share card LiftSheet generates — workout complete, PR, program preview, progress, and history — automatically swaps the default crest for your studio logo and coach name. The LiftSheet wordmark stays in place but small and subordinate to your brand, so every post your clients make quietly markets you.
In Settings, open the Trainer section and tap Upload next to Trainer Logo. Pick an image from your photo library — LiftSheet downscales it to a max 512pt longest side, re-encodes it as PNG for a small footprint, and stores it locally in your private iOS preferences. From that point on it shows up on every share card and PDF you export. Tap "Remove logo" any time to clear it.
On your device only. LiftSheet has no servers — your logo, like the rest of your data, never touches the cloud. It's wiped instantly when you tap "Remove logo" or uninstall the app.
The Trainer Library has three tabs: Templates (your reusable blueprints), Clients (every client program, grouped by client name), and Mine (your own training). Each row supports swipe actions to quickly View, Edit, or Delete.
Our support team is here to help you get the most out of LiftSheet.
